This one was amazing. I had visited two other haunts this season, and this one was better than those by a mile. The actors dished out a top-notch performance. Every aspect of the haunt was perfectly planned and executed. In retrospect, there wasn’t even a single dull moment I could think of. Staff was helpful as well. Highly recommend this one.

This is the best Halloween haunted house in the area imho. I went during opening weekend and the wait was reasonable. The actors are great at getting into it with you. Immersive horror throughout. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Great experience for me (18) and my cousin (15). I always love all the new stuff they come out with every year. They do a great job not making it same ole haunt year after year like the others do. One of the best haunted houses in Illinois & Def best in Chicago! Scary and creative themes. Awesome experience every year!

Went on a Friday night enjoyed it very much! Best Hollywood special affects ever in a haunted house. The costume actors do a great job. I've never been to a haunt that great in my life. The chills and thrills will surely last a lifetime.

Super Scary Scares. It doesn't matter whether you are a repeat visitor or not, Basement of dead still scares the hell out of you! A lot of great robotic effects and stage props. Definitely a must go if you want to be scared.

Was a great experience. All of the attractions at Basement haunt were superb. The right amount of scary and fun mixed together.The actors stay in character and definitely provide excellent entertainment. Love this place!

This is a phenomenal haunt. One of the best setups I've seen. It was scary and fun at the same time. Couple of places totally caught me off guard. Really creepy and the actors are great. It was definitely worth the money.

The haunted house was super scary! Staff performances was professional throughout. Scares came from all sides and we never had a hint of what comes next. I highly recommend it to all scare lovers.

Best haunt experience! Went with family and we really had a great time. The sets were amazing and the atmosphere has been really creepy. Both attractions were amazing and had good scare factors. The actors were superb and well talented. The props were great and the staffs were also very friendly. Had lots of scare and exciting moments throughout the escape room. Bought tickets online at a discounted rate. It is really worth the experience. Jump scares were amazing and had many unexpected scares from the actors in almost every room in the haunted house. Waiting for next season.

One of the best haunt I had ever visited! The haunt consists of different sections where each one is amazing and well designed. The escape room and the haunted house were overall a good experience. Escape room has been quite a challenging task and the staffs guided well throughout the room. The actors were just amazing and they made some really scary moments.

Perfect haunt in the city! I visit Basement every year and it keeps on getting better and better every year. The actors really make it a great experience. They were interactive, energetic and well talented. The sets were extra ordinary and very innovative. The atmosphere was creepy and each room is designed in a unique way with actors all around making super scary moments. The escape room was really challenging and funny task. Thanks to the entire team for providing such a great experience.

Its hard to explain how amazing the attractions were and how much we enjoyed being at this place. I took my girls one was 7 and the other was 5 and its kinda great evening for both. 3D part was spectacular and the house comes with different sections. Loved to be back again.

Can’t beat this place. Complete scary and fun times at Basement. Long lines but moved really fast so it didn’t felt like we were waiting. The team really put a great effort in building up such a wonderful set and team actors with full of energy. Looking forward for the next year.

Had many scary moments and fun, enjoyed every bit of the haunt. The sets were stunning and the props used were great. The ticket rate also was very fair for this amazing experience. Overall the actors at Basement are energetic and enthusiastic, making for a great experience. Highly recommended.

It was my first visit to a haunted house and off course I got terrified and frighten to death for couple of times. 3D was a new experience and basement was hell scary with those lively actors what more could we expect for in a haunted house. The atmosphere filled with fear was quite enough to give goose pimples for scary hearts like me. The animatronics and entire set was fantastic. Scare maniac this place definitely won’t let you down.
